We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team in Hibbing, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine parts and applications for various materials and sizes using blueprint drawings, CAD models, and prewritten CNC programs.
- Set up and operate and program manual and CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision parts. Utilize CAD CAM software.
- Collaborate on complex setups to facilitate the production of intricate components.
- Work from complex drawings, prototype sketches, electronic files, or verbal instructions to manufacture parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and products to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience or equivalent technical education.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to set up and operate manual and CNC equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team in Hibbing, MN. This role is ideal for individuals interested in learning and excelling in precision machining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adjust as needed.
- Conduct quality control inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Basic mechanical skills required
- Basic math and counting skills for performing calculations and measurements.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
